✨ BACK TO CLASS — FROM MY PERSPECTIVE 💗✨
There’s something I absolutely love about those first few weeks back at Stars. The energy is high, everyone is focused, and you can already see just how much hard work is going to go into this year. ⭐️
My week at SOTS is always a bit of everything! 😂 From teaching singing, Body Conditioning, Musical Theatre and our ELITE competition team, to popping into and working behind the scenes across so many of our other classes.
I might not personally teach every class, but I’m constantly watching, planning, listening, creating and working alongside our amazing teaching team — making sure our students are being challenged, progressing and getting the very best from their training. 💪🏼
And I LOVE seeing the work happening across the school. The corrections being taken on board, the confidence growing, the technique developing, the friendships, the laughter and those little moments where something suddenly clicks!
There is so much happening behind the scenes that the students probably never see — planning classes, routines, shows, competitions, exams, opportunities and what comes next for each age group. My brain rarely switches off from SOTS! If you know you will know! 😂💭
But then I walk into class, see them working hard, pushing themselves and loving what they do, and I’m reminded exactly why I do it. 💗
We’re only a few weeks into the new academic year and there is already SO much to be proud of.
And with our 10-year celebrations ahead of us… this is going to be a very special year. ✨
Keep working. Keep learning. Keep believing.
Small steps really do become BIG DREAMS. Trust me.⭐️💜
