We’d also like to wish Sharon a very happy retirement after 30 years. A fantastic achievement and a well-earned new chapter.

We are celebrating 30 years of Flowfit, but we are also celebrating something equally important — the retirement of my wife, Sharon, after being alongside me and the business for the entire 30-year journey.
When Flowfit started back in 1996, Sharon believed in me and what we were trying to achieve.
Since then, she has stood beside me through absolutely everything — the good times, the difficult times, the risks, the financial pressures, the tough decisions and all the ups and downs that come with building a business from the ground up.
There were certainly times when neither of us knew what was around the corner, but Sharon's belief, loyalty and support never changed.
What we have achieved with Flowfit over those 30 years simply would not have been the same without her.
We have also been incredibly fortunate to have some wonderful people working alongside us throughout that journey. So many people, past and present, have contributed to Flowfit's success, and tomorrow is also an opportunity to recognise and celebrate them.
The story continues too. In November 2025, Flowfit became part of Axel Johnson International, starting another exciting chapter in the company's history.
For Sharon and me, knowing that the business we spent so much of our lives building has a strong future as part of Axel Johnson International makes this milestone even more special.
Tomorrow afternoon we are closing Flowfit from 3pm–5pm so our whole team can come together to celebrate the company's 30th anniversary and give Sharon the retirement send-off she deserves.
I know it will be an emotional afternoon for me. After 30 years of working alongside each other, walking into Flowfit knowing Sharon is no longer there every day is going to feel very strange indeed!
But tomorrow isn't about being sad.
It's about celebrating 30 fantastic years, some wonderful memories, the people who have shared the journey with us, what we have achieved together and the incredible contribution Sharon has made throughout it all.
I couldn't be prouder of what we have achieved together.
Thank you for everything, Sharon. For believing in me, trusting me and standing beside me through thick and thin.
Happy retirement, Shaz. Now it's time for you to enjoy it. ❤️🥂
