Introducing tai chi mindful movement . A health based, low impact tai chi style movement class.

Each Session consists of easy to follow moves ideal for beginners. Over the six week course you will learn 10 highly effective tai chi based moves that will improve flexibility and balance whilst de-stressing your mind and body.
