Citizens Advice Luton is moving – temporarily!

Citizens Advice Luton is looking forward to moving into our newly refurbished premises in late 2027. While we wait for our new home to be ready, we’ll continue to be here for Luton residents from a temporary location at Luton Town Hall.

From 1 September, you can drop in and see our advisers at the Town Hall for free, confidential and independent advice.

Drop-in opening times:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9am–12pm
Wednesday: 10am–12pm

Our drop-in service will be closed from 19 to 31 August while we make the move, reopening at Luton Town Hall on 1 September. In the meantime, you can still reach us through our Advice Line on 0808 278 7847, Monday to Friday, 9am–3.30pm, or through our email advice service.

We look forward to welcoming you to our temporary home at Luton Town Hall - and sharing more about our newly refurbished premises as we get closer to 2027.
