We’re heading to Ben Nevis and have a few spaces left if anyone would like to come along.

I love this bit more detail than your normal review. Now I going to be honest, Rothna, gets the most out of our sessions because she REALLY listens to whats said and takes it on board, but not just that she wants to learn to be better. 👌

Questions we get asked before people join.

"Will I be the least fit person there?"
Maybe. It doesn't matter. Everyone starts somewhere.

"Do I need to know what I'm doing?" No. That's what the coach is for.

"Will people stare at me?" No. Everyone in the room is focused on their own session.

"What if I can't keep up?" Every session scales to the people in it. You work at your level.

"What if I hate it?" Fair enough. First one's free, come and find out. The fears are normal.

You come anyway. That's the whole move.
