I am 43 years old and have a great passion for dancing and have been teaching Street Dance with fusions of Bhangra and Latin flavour for years, so f

I want people to be happy, exhilarated and to feel good about themselves when they leave my class. Originally born in Scotland with an Asian background. I teach because I LOVE IT. I am, very much what you see, is what you get kind of gal and like to treat people the way that I would want to be treated!! ALL CLASSES RUN THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS APART FROM BANK HOLIDAY MONDAYS AND 2 WEEKS DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS. WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT MY ZUMBA CLASS? My classes are dance based so you feel as if you are at a party rather than a workout class. Please arrive 10 mins early to fill a registration form. IMPORTANT: Please come for the whole hour, so you can take part from the warm up all way to the cool down, this is to avoid any injuries to your body! IS IT SUITABLE FOR MEN AND WOMEN? The creator of Zumba is Beto Perez, yes a man! So, men and women are welcome in my class…Ha! No excuses there guys and look forward to seeing you!! SO WHAT IF YOU THINK YOU DON’T HAVE ANY RHYTHM OR DON'T THINK YOU CAN DANCE? It's not about how good a dancer you are, it's about coming and enjoying yourself, working at your own pace and working up a sweat which you WILL...

No one is expected to get the moves straight away! More importantly, all moves are done according to your individual style, put your own flavour into it...don't worry it's a zumba family, we all support each other. WHAT SHALL I WEAR? Loose clothing, so your body can breathe and trainers that have little or no tread, dance shoes or plimsoles to allow your feet to move freely. WHAT SHALL I BRING TO THE CLASS? Water and a small towel because you WILL sweat. WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY? It is important that you consult your G.P. or medical practitioner before participating in any type of exercise. ARE THERE ANY AGE LIMITATIONS? This Zumba programme is for 14 year olds and over.!! SO WHAT YOU WAITING FOR? Come try it and join the Zumba family, I guarantee you will have a blast!
