6-8 weeks post right UCL reconstruction surgery, still cannot hold anything heavier than 0.5kg, weak grip - no strength training/exercises allowed yet. Started lightweight exercises on biceps/triceps, back and shoulders ❤️ Slowly getting back on track 👣 💪

If you really want to do something, you’ll find a way. If you don’t, you’ll find an excuse 🏋️‍♀️❤️💪 ❤︎

Will leave it here as a reminder of this significant long recovery journey. It's been 4 weeks since my right UCL reconstruction surgery, 4 weeks in a cast and expect to use splint for another several weeks. This Thursday will finally see my wounds, fingers crossed 🤞
