Coach Katie joined the Petaling Parva Ladies WI group this week to talk about the importance of resistance training as we age and all the associated health and longevity benefits that come with it.

It was a really fun evening of discussion and practical demonstration of how we can use simple tools to continue to maintain or build our muscles as we age; de-stigmatising 'lifting weights' and intimidating gym environments.

If you don't use it, you lose it! If you want to find a supportive gym with a community centered environment that meets you where you are at and helps you stay strong throughout your lifetime, drop us a message and we'd love to work with you!
