You do not need to already be practicing these poses and feeling confident - I'm going to share all my tips, tricks, drills, and methods to get you there! Some prior yoga experience and a reasonable level of fitness is beneficial.

Drop-in culture is great for trying something new, but real growth happens when you stay. When you commit to a full block of classes, you invest in yourself and give your practice space to evolve.

Truthfully drop-in students, the ones who turn up the least regularly, demand the most attention from a teacher, and actively prevent the progression of commited regular students. I don't agree with that model, my priority will always be the students who commit 🤷🏼‍♀️💕🙏🏼

September class schedule kicks off Saturday the 5th:

Saturday 8:15-9:45 Level 2 Ashtanga
Saturday 10-11 Level 1 Ashtanga (beginners)
Wednesday 6-7:30pm Moon (all levels welcome)
