ALL members of this organisation are Ex-Sauven. Newcomer? with over than 80 years of experience in coding and marking. In short ….. Specialties

Foenix Coding Limited are a UK based company. All the members of our organisation are ex Sauven Marking Limited employees. We have brought with us all our skills, experience, knowledge, expertise and, more importantly, our enthusiasm into this new venture. THE SAUVEN TEAM ARE BACK TOGETHER. If you have any questions relating to Sauven Marking equipment, we would like to hear from you as some third parties are unable to repair Sauven printers with the unique parts. A member of staff at Foenix Coding possibly sold, built, tested, serviced, repaired that printer – for those reasons – we can and want to repair it to ensure your production lines run smoothly. We, at Foenix Coding, want to ensure your printers keep running until YOU decide to change. We would be happy to provide you with information on our new range of high resolution ink jet printers that are direct replacements for the Sauven Marking products. If you are looking for consumables for the ink jet range or the contact coders then we can also provide these.

Your ink works. Now there's a second choice: an eco-friendly, vegetable-based ink that is mineral oil-free.

Same codes, same workflow, no new machine.

If you export to France, limits on mineral oil in packaging inks tightened in January 2025. Our vegetable-based ink is mineral oil-free, which takes that question off the table.

Try it on one line, switch when a customer asks, or keep your current ink. Your pace, not ours. Read more: https://zurl.co/b5y4w

GS1 Sunrise 2027 is often talked about as a checkout change. It's much wider than that.

2D codes like QR and GS1 DataMatrix are coming to packs, to outer cases and through warehouses. The standard is the easy part. The hard part is a code that scans every time, on your own line.

We've written an article on getting GS1 ready, read it here: https://zurl.co/PAdd6

Get in touch if you would like to see a sample.

Thank you to everyone who came to see us at PPMA at the NEC last month.

We had some brilliant conversations about real lines: what people are coding, what keeps going wrong, and what's coming next with 2D codes.

Looking forward to continuing the conversations with new and existing customers. If we didn't get the chance, we'd still like to hear about your line.

Industrial Coding & Marking is often sold on features.

But the better question is:

What changes for the customer once the printer is installed?

💡 Printing directly at 25% cost, compared to a label.
💡 Drastically reduced maintenance.
💡 Realtime insight in coding costs.

The real value is the transformation it creates for the customer.

Get in touch to see how we can help you transform your coding and marking experience.

Day 2 at PPMA Show and the conversations are getting interesting.

We’ve spent the morning talking with manufacturers about the real challenges behind coding and marking. Reliability, ease of use, downtime, integration… and how to make the whole process less complicated.

It’s been great to demonstrate the FX ONE range properly and show what a simpler approach can look like in practice.

If you’re at PPMA today, come and find the Foenix team.

Stand B74. We’d love to see you.

Buying the machine is only one part of the job.

What happens afterwards matters just as much.

Installation. Setup. Maintenance. Support when something goes wrong. Someone who understands the system and can help keep the line moving.

That is why we think of support as part of the product, not something added on later.

Because when coding and marking sits inside a live production environment, uptime matters.

And knowing there is someone there when you need them matters too.

Being named a finalist in the Automate UK Awards 2026 is a lovely moment for the business… but for us, it still comes back to doing the day-to-day job properly for the people who rely on our systems.

Day 1 at PPMA Show is well underway…

It’s been great to catch up with familiar faces, meet new customers and have some proper conversations about coding, marking and the challenges happening on production lines every day.

The Foenix team is here throughout the show, with the FX ONE range ready to see in action.

If you’re at PPMA, come and say hello.

PPMA Show 2026 starts tomorrow.

And this feels like a good moment to look back at where some of the thinking behind the FX ONE began.

The Sauven Codajet 6000 was built around a few simple ideas: reliability, low maintenance, simplicity and low cost per print.

The FX ONE Remote carries that same philosophy forward, but with the technology modern production now expects... better connectivity, centralised message control, modern graphics and greater print capability.

Same spirit. A different generation.

We’ve written more about the journey here:

And if you’re at PPMA tomorrow, come and see the FX ONE range in person.

Sustainability in production is often talked about in very big terms.

But some of the gains come from much smaller changes.

Using fewer consumables. Reducing waste. Printing only what is needed. Keeping equipment running efficiently for longer.

None of these things sounds dramatic on its own.

Together, they start to matter.

That thinking sits behind the way we design our coding and marking systems… practical improvements that help production work better, while reducing unnecessary waste along the way.

We are proud that this approach has helped Foenix Coding become a finalist in the Environmental Initiative of the Year category at the Show Automate UK Awards 2026.

Not long now.

We will be at the Show 2026 from 22 to 24 September at the NEC Birmingham, on Stand B74.

If you are reviewing your coding and marking setup, thinking about GS1 readiness, looking to reduce downtime, or simply want to see what a different approach could look like, come and talk to us.

No hard sell.

Just practical conversations about what is happening on your line and where things could work better.

And yes… this year we arrive as finalists in two categories at the Automate UK Awards 2026, which makes the trip feel even more special.
