What a fantastic day, the standard of goalkeeping right the way through the age groups had the spectators in awe! Thankyou to everyone that turned out on the day, apologies to those whose children returned head to toe in mud! 🙈

Coach max is away in Morocco and naturally found himself wandering to a football pitch! 👌 coach Als in Tenerife and still working on his eldest’s power step ⚽️🔥 the football life style never ends! 💚🖤

Another fantastic morning of football fun within the community!

Children ranging from 5-12 all enjoying the sun and the football vibes! Games/prizes/tournaments and penalty shootouts!

Same again next Friday but remember we’re at hope st for the final 3 sessions of the summer!!

The first of our SAS sessions today alongside St Anne’s Town Council! Fun football based games and some fantastic skills on show in the mini tournament to end!

These sessions are a favourite among coaches!!

I remind myself all the time how lucky REACTGK is to have Max Robinson as one of our lead coaches!

His dad said something earlier that really does sum up what a brilliant coach and class human being this guy is!

“At the age of just 19 max has won the hogan cup
As a player and a manager”

I think this could well be the first time this has been done! What an achievement. He was also the only manager to ever take an u7 team from the same club to walk onto Bloomfield as mascots! Not just making better players he’s making better humans!

We love ya max and are super proud of you!!

St. Annes Football Club annual tournament, meant that we held our annual ‘beat the keeper’ event. This is a fantastic way to meet new people in our incredible football community. Aswell as a chance to spend the weekend with lots of our keepers!

I had the chance to wander around the pitches and watch lots of our keepers in action, displaying the skills and techniques we learn each week!

Far too many keepers to name but you all did so well! Just take a look at those smiles in the photos!!

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the REACTGK goalkeepers who donated and came down to support! We had a fantastic afternoon and coach Al got chance to show the kids some positioning and in game techniques!

Huge thank you also goes to the organisers for allowing the keepers to walk down the tunnel onto the pitch with the home team 🖤💚
