I am delighted to announce the opening of our new poster shop, "Classical Pilates" on Etsy. Every design and size is now available to order worldwide. To support local businesses and reduce our carbon footprint we now produce on a made-to-order basis. Simply order through Etsy and your poster will be produced and delivered to your address by our global network of printers.

This week:

3 rep mat (intermediated classical mat, 3 repetitions of each exercise), followed by individual work outs using Kirk Smith’s posters... very useful when my voice isn’t working properly!
Great confidence booster for clients to realise how much they know... and interesting for me to see what they remember.
Perfect timing for the Christmas break too... Pilates is perfect to get the body moving at home.
