🐾 A little Monday update from Playground for Pups!
I’ve just got back from a weekend away, so this post is a day late

📦 Lost & found:
A pair of trainers and a bag of treats were left in the field on Sunday. They’re stored safely and kept dry, so if they’re yours, just drop me a message on 07883 705682 to arrange collection.

⚠️ Equipment reminder:
Please don’t move the larger pieces of equipment. They’re positioned carefully to allow the tractor enough space to cut the grass, and I can’t move them on my own.

Our two lower new pieces must not be dragged — they need to be lifted to avoid damaging the structure. Dragging or lifting heavy items can also be unsafe and may cause injury.

So please, please don’t move them 🙏

Playground for Pups

Me and Harley had a little photo shoot last weekend — now she’s fully healed from her ops — and honestly… wow.
They surpassed everything I had in my head. The whole shoot was easy, relaxed and fun. We basically just went for a walk, posed, then wandered some more, and Pippa captured everything I wanted and more. Can’t recommend her highly enough.We were at a huge secure dog‑walking field with ponds, big open spaces and woods, so it was super calming for Harley with no interuptions.
I absolutely love the photos — here are a couple of my favourites 🥰And if you’ve been thinking about getting some photos of your pooch (or the whole family), I’d highly reccomend

Its that time of year again where the farmers move the cows they shut our gate so that they dont wonder in

if you arrive at the field to the gates looking closed they are unlocked just let your selves in the right hand gate needs to be placed behind the breeze block post other wise it will swing in the wind

Extended Opening Hours
18th & 19th July — Open until 8.30pm!

With the hot weather sticking around into next weekend, we’re extending our opening hours again — the field will now be open right through to 8.30pm.
The best shade rolls in later in the day, and with the splash zones running, it’s quiet pleasant up here in the evenings.

If you’d like to use the field outside these hours, just send us a message — we’ll always do our best to accommodate.

We've extended our opening hours for this weekend

as the field is mostly in the shade from around 6.30pm and the temps are supposed to drop later on in the evenings

Today 11th July - 8am - 9.30pm
Tomorrow 12th july - 8am - 9pm

As always are splash zones are at the ready

🐶 🐾 The Marton Wakes Fete Fun Dog Show is back! 🐾

Bring your four-legged friends along for an afternoon of fun, laughter and friendly competition at the Marton Wakes Fete on Saturday 18th July at Marton & District Primary School (SK11 9HD).

🐕 Registration: From 1:45pm
🏆 Judging starts: 2:15pm (subject to change)
💷 Just £2 per class
🐶 All dogs welcome!

There are classes for everyone, including:
🐾 Most Handsome Male
🐾 Prettiest Female
🐾 Waggiest Tail
🐾 Junior Puppy (up to 18 months)
🐾 Dog the Judge Would Most Like to Take Home
🐾 Best Veteran
🐾 Best in Show 👑

🏅 Ribbons and rosettes will be awarded to all class winners, so whether your dog is a champion poser, has the waggiest tail in Cheshire, or is simply your best friend, we’d love to see you there!

It’s a fantastic family day out with plenty happening throughout the fete, so come along, support your local community and enjoy a great afternoon.

XL Bully Update

We’ve had confirmation from our insurance company this morning and we’re so pleased to share that the recent law changes around XL Bully third‑party liability insurance will NOT affect your ability to use our secure field.

All other requirements for bringing your XL Bully to the field are still in place, and we appreciate everyone who continues to follow them responsibly.

We’ve been busy this morning🌞

In the late afternoon and evening we get plenty of natural shade along the hedge line, but we’ve now added a shelter so there’s extra shade available throughout the day too.

If you haven’t already — or aren’t sure how — you can reschedule your appointment up to 3 hours before your session on the customer portal. Any closer than that, just contact me directly and I’ll sort it for you.

If you’d like to use the field outside our normal opening hours, please message me and we can arrange it.
