2025 the year of friends… Some are customers, some are work, some are local, some are afar, some have more than 2 legs…

You all play your part in helping to make Beespoke what it is today, to which I am massively grateful for.

2025 has been a good if not challenging year, here’s to a great 2026.

Christmas opening hours 🎄🎅🥂

Occasionally a good friend or very good customer, will ask the question of whether we’d build a full bike and not just the wheels… And while in most cases the answer is no, every so often it’s a maybe that turns into a yes 🤣

This lovely fusion frame with custom anodising, built with a mullet 1x Sram AXS groupset, oval chainset and set of smoke grey Pro 5 hubs laced into grey “The Hydra” rims.

We don’t do many full builds, but when we do, they’re pretty good 🤣

A trip south to London, seemed like the perfect opportunity to introduce Mrs 🐝 new commuter.

Also a chance to give it a go myself in its home environment…

Purely a shakedown of a few new parts, honest 😉

Obviously the wheels had to be rebuilt, with pink ni***es and some titanium spokes… wrapped in a fresh pair of

The titanium spokes started a bit of a ti theme, with a matching seatpost, rear rack and spring soon following. 🤷‍♂️ visually quite standard, but with a twist, while saving a few grams to carry when it’s folded too.

I’ll be honest it’s been lovely to zip across boroughs of London with a bit of style.

Exciting times ahead in a number of ways, and I can’t wait to share them with you 😬

In the meantime here’s a little ongoing workshop project…

My early Swift taking on another guise after 18 years of ownership, it’s for the first time got a few gears, Sam must have known about Axs all them years ago, as there’s a mech hanger but absolutely no cable routing 😉

Its subsequently had a new set of wheels, up front enabling charging and lighting, a Pro5 rear laced into rims and wrapped in of the G-One RS variety.

The next challenge will be filling those bags with ultra lightweight, compact gear.. not something a traditional cycle tourer is used to 🤦‍♂️
