Using our StairMaster here at Stealth? Here are some top tips to get the best out of your workout ℹ️

▪️Make sure you Stand Tall - Keep your back straight and try not to lunge forward.
▪️Use the handrails when you need to. Only use them if you are struggling as they take the weight off your legs.
▪️Build your way up - stair master can be tricky to work at first. Gradually build your way up each session and you will become a pro in no time!
