The reaction over the last 2 days has been class so we’ve decided to extend our free gym opening period for the rest of the week 🙌

It’s been great to see so many people coming in to browse the facilities, ask questions and get a session in.

As a thank you the gym will be FREE to use on:
Thursday: 12pm–8pm
Friday: 12pm–8pm
Saturday: 9am–1pm
Sunday: 9am–8pm

No booking needed, just come down, have a look around or get a workout in.

Gym memberships will officially go live from Monday, so keep an eye on our socials over the next few days for our full opening times, prices and membership options.

Our contrast therapy suite will continue running as normal and sessions can still be booked through our website:

A little message from us at Igglow 💬

We’ve built Igglow to be a premium space for people to relax, recover, and genuinely benefit from contrast therapy, not somewhere for groups to come and mess around.

Unfortunately today, a group caused significant damage to our brand new sauna heater by repeatedly pouring buckets of water onto it, flooding the system and resulting in thousands of pounds worth of damage.

This is really disappointing for us as a small business that has invested heavily into creating the best possible experience for our members and guests.

Our sauna and ice baths are here to be respected and used properly, so that everyone can enjoy them safely.

To be clear, Igglow is strictly for over 18s only for contrast therapy sessions. We wish it didn’t have to come to this, but moving forward we will now be checking ID on arrival for all customers attending contrast therapy sessions.

We appreciate the support from everyone who respects the space and helps us keep Igglow the premium environment it was designed to be.
