Tickets are now available to purchase for our charity white collar boxing night. 🍾🥊
The evening will be held in the The O'Neill Arms Country House Hotel Toomebridge, all proceeds are in aid of the Royal Belfast Hospital For Sick Children and Kilronan School Magherafelt.
Ticket cost is £30 and includes white collar boxing followed by a Finger Buffet and DJ to late.💃🏽🕺🏼

We are now launching the second intake of our extremely successful warrior camp. Throughout the first camp the participants have all benefited from massive increases in their overall fitness levels, strength and improved body composition.⚔️
The camp will be starting on 20th November , will be Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6am and Friday evenings at 7.15pm. The Tuesday and Thursday mornings will be Strength and Conditioning style training, and the Friday will be a mixed boxing class.🥊🏋🏻♂️
The combination of these two styles of training, will lead to improvements in overall strength and health.
If you are a male that enjoys being challenged in a fun, encouraging small group environment this is the camp for you.👌
