Last long run of my rather short training schedule before the .
And what a morning it was, blue skies and sunshine with a crisp air made for perfect running conditions almost made me forget about my tired legs, almost!!

Country roads and woodland paths for this mornings 20 miler. Overshot slightly and finished on 20.6. I'm afraid that almost undeniable urge that every runner seems to have to round up to the next full mile was indeed denied by the quite extensive ni**le chafing 🙈🙈

Social media, along with the running, has been somewhat neglected this past couple of months, but with Dublin marathon less than 60 days away mild panic has set in!!

Belfast City Marathon 2023
The midlife crisis marathon that didn't exactly go to plan, but sure they rarely do!!
