Entering month 5 of my Reflexology Diploma (Level 5) to become a Clinical Reflexologist — still loving learning 📚✨
Avid learner, enthusiastic mature student… occasional social media hermit 🤓
Reflexology is becoming a beautiful addition to my integrative work, complementing coaching and hypnotherapy by supporting wellbeing through the body as well as the mind ✨
I’ll be opening up spaces for case study clients in the Maidenhead area in the Spring / Summer 🌱

💫🛌 Sleep Article Highlight 🛌💫
We all know good sleep is a game-changer for health and happiness, yet sleep seems harder to come by in today's always-on world.
Here are 5 interesting insights from an article published by The Times over the weekend called “How to Get a Good Night's Sleep - and the Real Reasons You’re Not’
1️⃣ Let Go of Sleep Anxiety: Our obsession with "perfect" sleep can keep us awake! Over-tracking and stressing about number of hours can lead to "orthosomnia” a term developed by Dr Kelly Baron to describe anxiety-driven insomnia. 😰
2️⃣ Track Light Exposure: Our natural rhythms need sunlight during the day and darkness at night. Spend time outside in the morning, and cut screens at night to reset your sleep-wake cycle 🌄🌅
3️⃣ Remember It’s About Quality, Not Quantity: Sleep varies from person to person—between 6 and 10 hours can be perfectly healthy! Let go of the strict "8-hour rule" and focus on rest that leaves you refreshed. 😌
4️⃣ Limit Tech Overload Before Bed: Our brains are wired for rest at night, but modern living floods us with constant sensory info. Dimming lights and unplugging an hour before bed can help cue your mind to unwind. 🔅
5️⃣ Don’t Fear Being Awake: Sleep can’t be forced. Counterintuitively, accepting wakefulness when it happens often allows sleep to come easier.
Try to embrace the sleep you get 🤗
Relax, reset, and remember: it’s about quality over quantity.
