Summer holidays are here ☀️ but that doesn’t mean your fitness has to stop💪
At Mama Fit Camp, you can still get a workout in while the children come along too.
This is a women's only class, and little ones are welcome with plenty to keep them happy, from toys, play mats, bouncers, and a friendly space where babies and children can be alongside you. Older siblings are welcome too, so you can keep moving without the stress of childcare.
Seeing mums stay active is powerful for children, and family movement can help build healthy habits for life 🙌
