Right handed Chipping:
1. Ensure arm stays connected under armpit at start and throughout
2. Allow wrist to slightly hinge in backswing
3. Left side pulls arm and club through by rotation
4. Keep loft on the club face to the finish

Paul, 53, is a PGA Advanced Professional in his specialist field of golf coaching. This qualification has been awarded to fewer than 350 PGA Professionals within its membership of 7,500 and is based at Bird Hills Golf Centre in Berkshire.
He uses his extensive knowledge and experience to provide his clients with a highly personal and bespoke set of coaching programmes & learning solutions.
Every new client undergoes a preliminary Player Assessment with Paul. The questions, how did I reach this point? Where is my technique now? What Programme of sustainable development is required? are all answered with targets & goals agreed for the future.
Paul creates a fun and focused learning environment and never forgets that the person is more important than the golf swing. Paul uses slow motion video in all his sessions and utilises GC2 & HMT launch monitor data capture to aid his golfers.
Over the years, Paul has helped numerous clients achieve their goals ranging from elite amateur players who have achieved golf scholarships to US Colleges to beginners with more modest targets. However, the common trait amongst them all is the desire to improve and the commitment to “work the programme”
Paul’s sessions are all delivered with the energy and enthusiasm of someone who is passionate about his work. Paul’s coaching motto “committed to excellence and the needs of the individual” sums up his philosophy.
