REST 💫 Breaking up the feed with some pretty holiday snaps, but seriously, how many of you programme your rest days, take time to wind down or spend time on yourself?

Booking a sports massage is a great way to promote recovery & muscular health, especially when booked on a rest day. I always recommend 24-48 hours rest from strenuous activity after a massage to really feel the benefits 💆🏼‍♀️ 💆🏽‍♂️
