This is my amazing client Laura. She’s been working with me since October last year & has come on leaps and bounds.

We’ve been working hard to get full press ups

We started off with negative press ups to increase core strength, correct her posture and build overall strength

Laura has absolutely smashed her training and has now built up to full press ups because of her increase in strength

Yesterday I ventured out to Cliveden for a beautiful long walk β˜€οΈ

We walked for hours, hit over 15,000 steps & saw some amazing sights 😍

Sometimes, a simple day out walking can really hit the exercise spot! That’s what I needed yesterday & it was perfect!

Anyone else still keeping up daily walks out of lockdown? πŸ™ŒπŸ» 🚢

WEAR THE SHORTS!

I spent so long today deciding on wether or not I wanted to wear shorts as I don’t like the look of my bare legs..

Then I thought, I’d always encourage my clients to embrace what they have! So why shouldn’t I?!

So I put my shorts on and have been loving my life all day trying to get a good tan 😍

Wear the shorts!! Why not?!

We hope you’ve all had a lovely week filled with lots of nice walks & some downtime.

We’re gearing up for the opening of gyms plus being able to train 2:1 also!

We’re still running outdoor sessions & with the weather getting nicer it makes for a lovely session 😍

How are you starting your week? Mine was with blasting music in my car and having a sing along... always puts you in a good mood β˜ΊοΈπŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

This may seem little to some people but to me this PB from my 5k run yesterday was a big win πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ After running the London Marathon in 2019 I completely lost my love of running.. luckily lockdown has allowed a little more space for running (plus nicer now with the weather picking up!) Running with someone else also does help to push you a bit more.. I definitely would of stopped half way round πŸ˜‚ Have you had a win in your workouts this week?
