Windsor Great Park Rides- impact of the period of mourning

It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. We extend our deepest sympathies to His Majesty The King and all members of the Royal Family.

During this time of mourning, all commercial activities in the park are ceased and as such we cannot operate any of our customer park rides.

We are awaiting further details and confirmation, but it is expected that the period of mourning will continue until at least 20th September.

We will be contacting all our customers to reschedule any rides as soon as possible. If you have not received communication from us regarding a booking you have with us, please do contact our office.

During this period of time, our riding school lessons are not affected.

Looking for staff for Sundays

Must be hardworking and have knowledge of handling horses. Normal yard duties needed, mucking out, bedding down, tacking up and grooming etc

Hours: 8-6

Due to the extreme heat and the welfare of the horses we are having to cancel the majority of our rides this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Only the 10am ride will run.

The office will be in contact for any of the ride changes.
