Morning Achieva's please note that there is NO PIYO today 9.30am at Cox Green Community Centre due to sports day.

The good news is that we have class on Saturday morning at 8.30am at Newlands school.

We have one final week of all current classes and we break up our term on Thursday 21 July (classes are on that day, PiYo, HiiT and Pilates). Liz xx

PLEASE NOTE - HiiT Class and Pilates is ON tonight at Wessex Primary School. The evening classes are not affected by todays voting.

My amazing PiYo LIVE crew from this morning. Post workout, feeling incredible and energised. We ran through our full set today with no demos and no stopping. It was just all kinds of awesome!!

Great class this morning PiYo crew, I loved that new strength and stretch. One of my students was asking about my vest from this morning. It's one of the ones I got printed up and I have just 3 left. 2 X black medium and 1 X white medium. They are £15 plus postage or free postage if you collect from me in class.

To my Tuesday crew - I was advised yesterday that we need to leave the disabled bays free in the car park - I had previously thought it was fine as we were the only ones in the Center but they need to be kept free in case people need to pop into the office.

They is tons of parking along the road it's a quite residential road so not too much traffic. Thanks everyone Liz xx
