Berks and Bucks Nordic Walkers

Hello everyone,
We've had a lot of fun in our 2nd year of Nordic walking and thank you for being such a fabulous group. To anyone new to Nordic walking who would like to join us we have some new classes starting this September. Nordic walking is great fun and a fantastic fitness activity whatever your level of fitness. We walk in a radius of 10 miles from Maidenhead and enjoy a variety of routes in our beautiful local countryside.
If you have not tried Nordic walking before you are welcome to come and try it out at our beginners classes on Wednesdays in Burnham Beeches or Thursdays at Braywick Park in Maidenhead, 10.00-11.00am. The classes will run throughout September and once you feel competent with the technique we have regular weekly walks on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays. The cost of the beginners classes, including the hire of the poles in September and free walks for the rest of this year is £49.00.
