What happens during Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is often described as “yogic sleep”, but in reality, it’s something quite unique.
You lie down, get comfortable and are guided step by step. As your body relaxes, your breathing slows and your mind gradually becomes quieter. It’s in this state that the body can begin to repair and the nervous system can reset.
Many people tell me they feel more rested after Yoga Nidra than after a full night’s sleep.
And the best part is - you don’t need experience, flexibility or even energy to take part.
I’d love for you to experience this for yourself.

Why you might still feel tired…
Lately, I’ve been noticing how many people are feeling exhausted and still unable to fully switch off. Even when there’s time to rest, the mind keeps going.
This is something I hear often in my classes. This isn’t just physical tiredness, it’s the nervous system staying in a constant state of alert. And over time, that takes a toll.
This is why I started focusing more on Yoga Nidra. A practice designed to guide you into deep rest.
Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing more about this and how you can experience it for yourself.
For now, just notice - are you truly resting or just pausing?
