Hi everyone, I'm no longer doing sling classes but here is the new dance class I'm running, get in touch! X

When everyone else tells you not to feed him to sleep, but your instincts tell you that's what nature intended...let him suckle.

When everyone else tells you to put him down so you can get on with stuff, but your instincts tell you that keeping him close is the only 'stuff' that really matters...forget about the other 'stuff'.

When everyone else tells you he should be sleeping through by now, but your instincts tell you his sleep is perfectly normal and natural...trust your instincts.


Trust your instincts. Trust your baby. Trust your relationship.

And to hell with everyone else. And to hell with 'should'.

We are now back from holidays, we had an amazing time in Brazil!
I have postponed the restarting date from this Thursday to next Thursday 4th of May (or Monday 8th of May if you prefer this option!).

This mama danced for nearly 1 hour yesterday wearing her big 3 years old baby! She usually brings along her 13 months old but this half term she bravely brought with her the big baby! Well done Charlotte and Ruby # # # Charlotte Mills

Happy New Year to all mums, babies and bumps!

Join my 15 months old Finn and I for some serious fun this year.

SLING FUN is an unique class designed for mums with bumps and mums with their little people in baby carriers and slings.

Classes are packed with fun for everyone, we dance to a range of musical styles including Pop, Hip Hop, Bollywood and a lot of Latin Rhythms.

This is a great way to bond even more with your baby and meet other mums whilst gently exercising and getting back into shape!

Our first class is this Thursday 5th January, or Monday 9th of January.

Hello Maidenhead mums and mums to be!

After 2 weeks summer break, Finn and I are excited to be back at Sling Fun Maidenhead on Monday 5th September.

Come and join the fun! We dance to a well put selection of great tunes and rhythms.

Also please register your interest in classes in Marlow, Cookham and Windsor as I am soon expanding :-)

Lovely class today, mums and babies! My mum loved to watch you all scoring the current routines.

We are now having a little break, I can't wait to see you all from Monday 5th September, back at the Cricket Club (and some other venues around Berkshire in a month).
