A few years ago I went through a journey of putting on noticeable muscle.

I managed to put on over 6kg in 3 months..

For anyone that is pretty impressive but I would not have been able to do it without learning 2 principles that really helped my weight move in the right direction.

I was the tall skinny guy in my early 20's

I have always trained. But I ended up being tall, skinny but lean and ripped.

But then I understood the importance of correct calorie intake.

I then went from 84kg to 97kg in bodyweight.

Sometimes it is just one small change you need to make to make some big results!
