It was a great effort from our Men’s 6s today, even if the final scoreline didn’t go their way, with visitors Folkestone taking a 6–2 win.

Captain Darryn said: “Folkestone were a very organised and disciplined team, but we held our own and played really well. Leo, our goalkeeper, made some amazing saves and kept us in it during the first half. We didn’t give up, and at half time it was 4-2 thanks to an excellent short corner and a great out‑field goal. Thank you to Dave and Tom for helping out today!”

Huge congrats to goalkeeper Leo, who was named player of the match - with Harry a very close runner‑up 🏆🏆

Captain Natalie said "We were a bare 11 with no subs which made it tough as it was warm, but I can’t fault the work rate from everyone. They all put in a real shift.

Well done to Heidi for making her Ladies' 4s debut and winning lots of free hits for the team - she was an absolute star! 🌟"
