Enjoying the lovely weather?
A little plea from me... please book your classes in advance whenever you can.
To run a class, I need a minimum of 3 people booked (although 4 is really the ideal minimum). I also need to give our instructors plenty of notice if I need to cancel a class, so last-minute bookings make it very difficult to know whether a class can go ahead.
I haven't reduced the timetable over the summer because I know people are away on holiday at different times. However, if everyone waits until the last minute to book, classes may have already been cancelled due to low numbers.
I'll also be away in Spain for 10 days. I'll do my best to keep an eye on bookings, but I won't always be able to check throughout the day. This means I may need to make cancellation decisions earlier than usual, and for morning classes I'll often need to decide the evening before.
Please, please book your classes as early as possible. It really helps us keep the timetable running.
And if you can't make a class, please let me know as soon as possible by text or WhatsApp on 07711 790101.
