After 15 years in the fitness industry, I finally stopped and asked myself: What kind of space do I actually want to create? 🤔💭
Over the years, I’ve taught everywhere—from leisure centres and luxury hotels to private 1:1 studios. I’ve met incredible people and learned exactly what makes a Pilates class truly great (and what makes a bad one!).
But becoming a parent shifted my entire perspective. I realized I no longer connected with the pressure of the modern fitness industry to constantly chase fleeting trends, pure aesthetics, and social media perfection. 📉
I wanted something real.
I wanted to build the exact kind of Pilates studio I’d genuinely want to train in myself. That’s why I created Skyline Pilates. ✨
This is a space where:

• Active Ageing Reformer Pilates — supportive, low-impact classes focused on improving strength, balance, posture, flexibility & mobility in a safe and welcoming environment.
• Reformer Conditioning — a progression from Beginners Reformer with more advanced choreography, increased intensity and a more challenging full-body workout for those with a strong foundation in Reformer Pilates.
• Men Only Reformer Pilates — designed to help build strength, mobility, posture & core control in a comfortable and supportive setting.

The usual main drive and parking area are currently being resurfaced and works are expected to take approximately 2 weeks (weather permitting).

Need to swap a class?
