“With regards to face to face appointments, it must, in your professional opinion require face to face work at this moment. You must consider whether it can wait until after lockdown. If you decide to proceed you must be working in a COVID 19 secure environment and you must explain the risks of a face to face appointment to your client, who must then indicate that they are happy to proceed on this basis”.
