You’re welcome to just come and watch.

If you’ve been thinking about karate but aren’t quite sure…

You don’t have to commit straight away.

Many families start by simply coming along to watch a session.

It’s a great way to:
• See how the class runs
• Get a feel for the environment
• Help your child feel more comfortable

We keep everything relaxed and welcoming, no pressure, no expectations.

Sometimes that first step is just coming through the door.

If you’d like to arrange a visit or ask a few questions first, just send us a message.

More than just physical activity…

Many parents look for activities that help their child with focus, listening, and confidence.

Karate naturally builds these skills through structure and consistency.

In every class, students practise:
• Listening carefully
• Taking turns
• Following instructions
• Showing respect

Over time, these habits start to carry over into everyday life.

We keep expectations clear and sessions structured, so children know what to do and feel supported as they learn.

It’s not about strictness, it’s about guidance, routine, and encouragement.

If this is something you’re looking for, we’re always happy to chat and explain how classes work.

Structured, supportive, and full of energy.

Every class has a rhythm to it.

There’s focus.
There’s structure.
But there’s also encouragement, smiles, and moments of fun along the way.

Students are learning, but they’re also enjoying themselves.

We keep sessions organised and clear so children know what’s happening, which helps them feel settled and confident.

It’s a positive environment where effort is noticed and progress is supported.

If you’ve been wondering whether your child would enjoy it, you’re very welcome to come and see a session for yourself.

What do the belts actually mean?

One of the things children love about karate is seeing their progress.

Belts aren’t about pressure, they’re about recognising effort, consistency, and improvement over time.

Students build up step by step:
• Learning techniques
• Improving focus and control
• Growing in confidence

Every child progresses at their own pace, with clear guidance and support along the way.

It’s not about being the best in the room it’s about becoming more confident than you were last week.

If your child enjoys working towards goals in a positive, structured way, karate can be a great fit.

A space where every child can feel comfortable.

Our Sunday sessions are designed to offer a more adapted, supportive approach to karate.

Run in partnership with Club AuSome, these sessions focus on creating a calm, understanding environment where children can learn in a way that suits them.

We keep things structured, predictable, and flexible, helping each child feel comfortable and included.

It’s still karate.
Still learning new skills.
Still building confidence.

Just delivered in a way that works for the individual.

If you’d like to find out whether this session might be a good fit, feel free to message us, we’re always happy to talk things through.

Simple, structured, and welcoming, our Saturday classes explained.

If you’ve been considering karate, one of the biggest questions is usually…

“How do we actually start?”

Our Saturday classes are open to all ages, with many of our students being primary and secondary school children.

Each session includes:
• A structured warm-up
• Basic techniques and movement
• Partner work and drills
• Clear progression at a pace that suits each student

You don’t need any prior experience.

And yes, you can come along, watch, and see how it works before committing.

We keep things simple, organised, and welcoming so both parents and children know what to expect.

If you’d like to find out more about timings and what to expect, just send us a message.

Worried your child might be nervous?

Starting something new can feel like a big step, for both children and parents.

One of the most common things we hear is:
“They’re a bit shy… I’m not sure how they’ll get on.”

That’s completely okay.

Our classes are designed to be welcoming and supportive from the moment they walk in.

There’s no pressure to be perfect.
No expectation to already know anything.

We guide them through step by step, helping them settle in, build confidence, and feel comfortable at their own pace.

Many of our students started out feeling unsure, and now they’re thriving.

If you’re thinking about giving it a try, you’re very welcome to come along and see how it feels.

Karate is more than kicking and punching…

When people think of karate, they often picture kicks and punches.

But for children, it’s much more than that.

In our classes, students are learning:
• How to listen and follow instructions
• How to stay focused, even when it’s challenging
• How to show respect to others
• How to keep going when something feels difficult

These are skills that carry into school, friendships, and everyday life.

Every session is structured, supportive, and designed to help children grow in confidence at their own pace.

If you’ve been thinking about starting something new, you’re always welcome to come and see how a class works. Drop us a message 📩
