Loving this machine for my squat variance on my deadlift day. Superb bit of kit from . Make sure to adjust foot position to ensure you’re maximising pressure in your quads without aggravating the knees. Hit the biggest ROM possible.

Get your activations done before your benching. An effective warm up entails priming the CNS for maximising force output, activating the muscles used during the movement and increasing core temperature. For such a short time required, they can transform the session.
What do I recommend?
T-Spine extensions on foam roller • 15-20 times
Isohold Push-Ups • 5-10 reps
Band Pullaparts • 20 reps
Banded Rows • 20 per side
Cuban Press • 10-15 reps
Banded Pressdowns • 15-20 reps

Progression requires adequate recovery. A fatigued body can only push so far. So match your recovery with your training intensity.
