LOW COST THERAPY

Talking to someone shouldn’t feel like a last resort.

So many people find themselves caught in loops of anxious thoughts, overwhelmed by stress, or stuck in patterns that feel impossible to shift. If that’s you, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.

I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you understand the link between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and to give you practical tools to create real, lasting change.

For a lot of people, reaching out feels difficult. It can seem self‑indulgent. You might tell yourself others have it worse, or worry you’re “not struggling enough” to justify therapy. Sometimes the cost feels like another barrier.

But the truth is simple: there’s no threshold you have to hit before you’re allowed support. If something is affecting how you feel day to day, that’s reason enough to seek help. Your wellbeing matters, and you deserve a space where you can talk, breathe, and begin to feel lighter.

At TTIMB, I offer confidential, professional therapy at £55 per session. I recognise that financial circumstances vary, so for a limited time I’m also able to offer two reduced‑fee options at £40 or £30 per session — simply choose whichever rate is most affordable for you.

To support transparency, I include an honesty‑based fee option on the intake form, allowing you to select the rate that genuinely reflects your current situation.

Sessions are available in person in Maidstone, Kent, or online via Zoom. Following an initial assessment, therapy continues for as long as it’s helpful.

It means our sessions are led by you. You set the pace, the focus, and the direction. My role isn’t to tell you who to be or how to feel, but to walk alongside you as you explore what’s happening beneath the surface.

At the core of my approach is a simple belief: you already hold the inner resources to grow, heal, and move forward. I’m here to help you access that wisdom, make sense of your experiences, and support you as you reconnect with your own strength and clarity.

In our sessions, you’ll have a space where you’re genuinely heard and met with acceptance rather than judgment. I’ll listen closely and reflect back what I’m noticing, helping you slow down and understand what’s coming up. At times, I may gently challenge a thought or perspective — not to push you, but to open up new angles and possibilities you might not have considered before.

This kind of exploration often brings fresh insight, clarity, and a deeper understanding of your own patterns and needs.

🌿 How the Day Flows

1. Understanding the Subconscious
We begin with a gentle introduction to how the subconscious mind stores all memories — from this lifetime and, for some people, impressions that feel as though they come from beyond it. This helps you understand the process and sets the foundation for the work ahead.

2. “Brain Aerobics”
To prepare the mind, we use light tapping on acupuncture points and a few simple techniques to loosen up the grey matter. This helps you shift into a more receptive, imaginative state.

3. Past Life Regression Session (approx. 30 minutes)
You’ll be guided into a relaxed hypnotic state where you may access symbolic, metaphorical, or memory‑like impressions that feel connected to another time or place.

4. Optional Sharing
Afterwards, there’s space to share your experience if you feel comfortable doing so.

6. Future Vision Hypnosis + Soothing Surprise
We finish with a short, uplifting hypnotherapy session designed to support a positive future direction — plus a special, calming surprise to help you integrate the day’s work.
