I thought I would share some statistics with you that it so important to why fitness is so important.. I don’t feel like people especially doctors advise people enough!

‼️ Only 1 in 4 people actually meet the requirement for being fit and healthy and consistently work out 3 times a week.. whether your attending classes, working out at home or however u chose to do it.. that’s what I takes..

⭐️ Most of us have sedentary jobs that require us to sit for 6-8 hours a day, then u go home and sit down in the evenings too.. u think how much of our week is made of not moving or even standing .. so when u put that in perspective.. what really is 2 or 3 hours in a whole week?

😖 Life is a lot, it loves to test us and not make things easy.. but as they say.. if u have time to sit on ur phone on socials, sit watching tv.. u do have time to workout.. its just a choice.

So even if this message - hits home or makes 1 person think more about why it’s worth the effort, or making the commitment in your week to get it done.. it’s worth it 🖤
