🌟 Join the Fun with Maltby Juniors Soccer School/Wildcats🌟

Hey parents! Looking for a fun, exciting, and confidence-boosting activity for your little superstar? Our Soccer School Sessions are the perfect place for Boys & Girls aged between 4 years old to the ages of 6 years old. Your Son or Daughter doesn’t have to have any footballing experience, you can also use our Soccer School session as extra training sessions for your kids, from our Soccer School sessions we can offer you:

* Make New Friends
* Learn How To Play Football
* Fun-filled Sessions
* Learn new skills & build confidence
* Be Part of a Football Team/Family
* Path way into a football team

So today is the beginning of the 2026/2027 football season for our sides!
We just want to wish all of our players and coaches good luck in the upcoming season.
We know that you shall do the club proud as you always do, and all we can ask is that you go out there in your grassroots season, play with pride, give all that you have for the MJFC badge, but most importantly ENJOY your time as a Maltby Juniors Football Club player.
Over the course of the next 7/8 months there will be ups and downs, but we know that you’ll show the togetherness that we love to see as a club.
Maltby Juniors is proud of each and every one of the boys and girls representing the club this season, and that have represented the club over the past 40 years.

 Gordon Worrall Memorial Game 2026!

Tomorrow we also see our coaches at Maltby Juniors Football Club showing off their skills on the pitch as we host the Gordon Worrall Memorial Game.
Gordon is a Maltby Juniors Football Club legend and there aren’t many local footballers that at some stage wouldn’t have had a coaching session from Gordon or seen him in action! This game is a great way to remember Gordon and all the amazing things he did for the club as well as raise some funds for the Rotherham Hospice who looked after Gordon towards the end of his time!
The charity match will see a face off between two men who are legends in their own minds, Lee ‘Triglet the Piglet’ Trigg and John ‘King of KFC’ Blackman as they lead out the teams as managers for this game!
It should be a fun game with some level of footballing ability on show from our coaches but most of all, a great way to raise some money for an amazing cause.
So why not take a trip to the extension field for a 12:30 kick off, no doubt lots of laughs, with and at, the football on show, and the cafe will be open to enjoy the game with a brew!

🏃‍♀️Maltby Juniors Fc 2026 Annual Fun Run🏃

Tomorrow is our Annual Fun Run and we want to say a big thank you to all those that have already donated! The kids will be up on the extension bright and early completing the run, completing the obstacles and assault course and doing the club proud!
There is still time to donate if anybody could, all money will go back to the kids within the club.

🏃‍♀️Maltby Juniors Fc 2026 Annual Fun Run🏃

It’s official. The 2026 Maltby Juniors Football Club Annual Fun Run shall take place on the Saturday the 5th of September on the Academy Playing Fields.
Our boys and girls will take part in lap(s) of the field to help raise money for the club and to help the club keep providing the best Junior Footballing experience that we can.
Please see the below link if you’d like to generously donate to the boys and girls fun run, and watch out for further information on the activities that shall be ongoing on the day.

We will also have a blow up assault course that our boys & girls will have to go through whilst doing their lap(s) round the field, there will also be other challenges for them to do!
