SFG II ✔️

I came into this certification  thinking, “It can’t be harder than SFG I…”
…then I arrived at the venue and the nerves hit HARD. 🤣

I got my 100 sn**ches done in 4 minutes (very happy with that) and officially recertified that SFG I standard — but SFG II was a whole different beast. More tests, more standards, more pressure, more opportunities to dig deeper… physically and mentally.

Last  weekend was such a powerful reminder that strength is never just about lifting. It’s about discipline, resilience, mindset, and the willingness to keep showing up when things feel hard. To keep learning. To keep growing. To keep pushing your limits.

I’ll never get sick of learning about strength — how to make my life, and hopefully the lives of others, stronger, better, and longer. Because life is too short not to invest in yourself… so why not make it stronger while we’re here? 👌🏼

A huge thank you to everyone who made this weekend what it was. Organising something like this can’t be easy, and @clairellabooth did an incredible job. Every assistant was absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, supportive, and somehow kept us mentally stable through it all. 🤣

And to the incredible people I met this weekend… wow. So much strength, humility, grit, and inspiration in one place. There are definitely a few special ones in there — you know who you are and I promised I wouldn’t get too emotional 😭 

And finally… having @pavelmacekcom present my certificate to me in Czech was such an unexpected and lovely surprise for this little Slovakian. 🤩
What a man. The knowledge. The strength. Absolutely mind-blowing. Learning from the best.

Never stop learning. Never stop lifting.
