Classes are 9.15 am - 10.15 am at The Eden Centre, Malvern. Price is five pounds per session. The first two are COMPLETELY FREE! Started in 2017 by Rob Scott who wanted to help people in Malvern to get fighting fit without the fear of contact.

First two sessions are free. This is great fun and gets you fit. All details on the attached. Don't hesitate to contact me, (email, phone, DM) or just turn up. It's also in the auditorium at the Eden Centre and that's dead posh!
Also, if you've got two members of your immediate family training with GMSTKD it's free as part of their membership. You can't get better value than that!
