Everyone loves the big lifts, the hard WODs, the sweat…

But the truth?
Your strength shows most in how you move when you slow down.

🫶The control.
🫶The stability.
🫶The patience.

Restorative strength work is the stuff that keeps athletes (and us wannabe athletes) in the game and gets them back in the game when life (or a knee) has other plans!

This is strength you don’t see on a leaderboard but will help get you on that leaderboard!

I’ve been a little quiet on here… but definitely not quiet in life.

Something new, stronger and more aligned is on the way.

A blend of resilience, recovery, and real-life training.

Keep your eyes open it’s nearly time. 👀🌿

Something new is coming......

What if wellness isn’t about adding more… more routines, more rules, more “shoulds”?

What if it’s about subtraction?
➖ Less noise.
➖ Less pressure.
➖ Less chasing.

Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do isn’t another green juice or 5am alarm.

It’s giving yourself permission to stop, breathe, and choose you in the simplest way possible.

Here’s a real question for today:

👉 What can you take away this week that will actually make space for your wellbeing?

Resilience isn’t about never breaking.
It’s about noticing the wobble, breathing through the crack, and finding strength in the rebuild.

Every time you step onto your mat whether it’s Pilates precision or the stillness of yoga you’re training more than your body.

You’re training your capacity to bend, adapt, and rise again.

So here’s a question for you this weekend:

👉 Where in your life could you soften instead of snap?

You can be productive and still feel unfulfilled

You can be strong and still feel overwhelmed

You can be surrounded by people and still feel a bit lost.

Because peace isn’t found in ticking boxes or pushing harder, its found in learning to check in instead of just checking off.

Ask yourself today:

🟡 What am I actually carrying?
🟡 What’s mine to hold and what’s not?

Just 15 minutes.....

That's all it took this morning to shift the entire tone of my day.

Not a full flow. Not some big, impressive Insta-worthy session.

Just me, the mat, and a few slow stretches under a part grey part sunshine sky with the birds doing their thing.

Because this is about presence.

Stretching out the stiffness in my hips and the noise in my mind.
Breathing into space so I could respond, not react.

🧠 Clearer thoughts.
💛 Calmer emotions.
🚶‍♀️A stronger sense of direction...all from a simple pause.

You don’t need an hour.
You don’t need perfection.
You just need space to stop.

Start your Monday from your mat, your floor, your garden, your bedroom floor covered in clothes....... anywhere you can meet yourself with breath and a little movement.

Let this be your invitation to choose differently today.

SUNDAY STUFF THEY DON’T PUT ON THE YOGA POSTERS 🧘‍♀️

They say stillness brings clarity. I say: sometimes stillness brings a full to-do list, a cramp in your left glute, and an existential crisis about the snacks you didn’t meal prep.

But… if you sit with it long enough (or stand on your head, your call), something shifts. You start to hear the quieter voice underneath the noise, the one that’s not asking you to be more, hustle more, prove more.

It just whispers:
“You’re already enough. Now exhale.”

Yoga, Pilates, breathwork, sound baths....these are less about becoming something new and more about remembering who the hell you were before the world told you to rush and grind and mould yourself into a productivity robot.

I don’t teach these practices because they’re trendy. I teach them (and practice them, usually upside down) because they work. Not in a magic-fix-it-all kind of way, but in a slow, steady recalibration of your brain, body, and soul.

So if you’re into unlearning the hustle, finding your balance (even if it looks a bit wobbly), and creating a life where power and softness can co-exist, you’re in the right space.

Welcome to the Brain Body Soul. Where we train hard, feel deeply, rest fully, and sometimes cry during pigeon pose. No judgement here.
