🌟 FLAIR Athlete Spotlight – Jay🌟

We’re incredibly proud to support Jay on his Strongman journey through our FLAIR Membership programme.
As a fully blind athlete, Jay’s determination and resilience are truly inspiring.

“A huge thank you to Freedom Leisure for supporting me throughout my Strongman journey. As a fully blind athlete, having a gym that is committed to inclusion makes a massive difference. The staff are always incredibly helpful, always on hand when I need assistance, and go above and beyond to ensure I am fully included in everything.

Over the last 12 months on the Flare Membership, I have completed three Strongman competitions, placing 4th out of 10 competitors, 9th out of 15 competitors, and 7th out of 12 competitors. These achievements would not have been possible without the support, encouragement, and accessible environment that Freedom Leisure provides.

With the Flair membership this year I'm hoping to complete at least three more competitions. I'm currently preparing for the Stourport strongest man at the end of August.
Thank you to everyone at Freedom Leisure for believing in me and helping me continue to push my limits as a disabled athlete.”
