Success and Failure are not the only two options we have. Yoga teaches us that by accepting where we are, we are then able to adapt and find the most suitable way of taking a pose in turn and in time allowing us to succeed. At imperfect.yoga in Great Malvern we are looking for like minded people who want to be given the chance to thrive this Spring. Classes are small and one to one and two to one coaching is also available. By showing ourselves that we can meet a challenge through participating in yoga through a patient and careful but also gently determined approach, we can achieve so much and truly deeply thrive.

Spring is upon us! It's my favourite time of year: a time of optimism, change, renewal and growth.

Mighty muscles, boost the metabolism and help us to feel good physically.
Aerobic fitness is, (we all know) extremely important to long term health and incredibly importantly not just from a CARDIOVASCULAR point of view, but also from a NEUROLOGICAL and BRAIN health point of view.
The risk of Dementia and Alzheimers is significantly reduced in active populations, and that means workouts that raise the heartrate 3-4 x a week consistently. So, this can be a wide range of kinds of exercise that will have the desired protective effect from memory related issues.. but importantly also mood related issues too!
