So after a bit of a long injury, we're back!
25th January near Little Stretton in South Shropshire.
About 8km in a steeply hilly area, with some incredible views.
Drop a message if you'd be keen to come along π
Can't wait to be back!

Happy Hiker's took on Pen Y Fan, again!
After a couple of failed attempts at getting up Fan Y Big (π€), due to my fitness a few years back and then the weather in Feb, we achieved the summit and stood on/near enough to the diving board π
Then, slightly off the original plan, taking full advantage of the glorious weather, we achieved the full peak collection for this range π
Cribyn was super busy, but we got to watch this happy guy flying around enjoying the thermals that the steep slopes provided.
Pen Y Fan, provided much entertainment at the people queuing to take a photo at the top, we were happy to have a selfie off centre and crack on.
Corn Du, or Corned Beef as it has now been renamed was a lush last Up before the long flat to the final Trig (as is now tradition) and the suuuuper steep descent to the reservoir buildings and the car parks.
Unfortunately we missed out on meeting up with our other hiker (I should have remembered the poor signal issues), the car park was pretty rammed and, not wanting to get stuck in my little hatchback, we parked further down the road in the next car park - NOT USING A PASSING SPOT as a parking space, despite the common trend apparentlyπ
We had a glorious day, I've definitely caught the sun (as did at least one other π§π)
Happy soul this morning for sure π
Thanks gang!
On to the next!

Sun's out!
And plans are being made βοΈ
Our next big hike is on the 20th, we're heading back to Pen Y Fan for a modified version of our previous route.
Primarily attacking it from an anticlockwise route (it'll be a much easier start), and trying to get in the peaks to the East as we had to miss those out due to the weather being pretty brutal
More details to come.
Please let us know if you're keen π

Just a little one last night.
Chasing the sunset up the Malverns.
Was lovely to see an old friend and meet their dog too π
Was super blinkin lovely to be gifted some homemade bread!! π₯° I mean I don't expect any gifts for asking peeps along for some walks but food is always welcome ππ₯°
Sunsets up the Malverns are phenomenal, watching the weather change across the Black Mountains and Banau Brycheiniog, gives some perspective on how quickly it can change when you're out there too.
Beautiful π

Our next Big Hike is in the books!
17th March!
Walking from Ledbury to Malvern Link
This is a long hike, we have some options to shorten the route for those who feel like breaking it down in segments.
Stopping just after British Camp at the cafΓ© for one of their fantastic hot chocolates and finishing at the Nags Head in Malvern Link π
I'll (Mimi) be getting the train from Malvern Link to Ledbury, and essentially walking back again.
The whole route is about 25km, however, if you miss off the peaks it does bring the route down to about 18-19km.
Please get in contact if you have any queries and let us know if you fancy coming along! π
