Throwback Thursday to this year’s London Marathon 🏃‍♂️

Rupert took on the challenge alongside his daughter, and we think you’ll agree he looks proud as punch crossing that finish line.

Rupert is one of the dedicated team members heading to Estonia later this year to represent at Ironman Tallinn, and we couldn’t be prouder of his achievements both on and off the course.

Sian & Mike took on the Marlow Aquabike and did proud! 💚

Both have been putting in the hard work during training, and their finish times were a true reflection of that dedication and determination. Another fantastic performance and a strong representation of the amazing club we’re proud to call our own.

Sarah and her daughter Suzie took on the Swansea Half Marathon this weekend, and what an achievement it was! 🏅

With neither having as much time to train as they would have liked, crossing that finish line made the accomplishment even more special. Their determination, resilience, and commitment truly paid off.
