Read what Emma says about pausing. It’s important. A couple of places available for Sunday’s workshop. 💕
One of the reasons yoga became so important to me is because it gave me something I didn’t realise I needed.
Pause.
Not pushing.
Not striving.
Not trying to do everything perfectly.
Just breathing and reconnecting with myself for a little while.
Over time I realised how powerful those small pauses can be.
That’s what inspired me to create “A Pause for You,” a gentle yoga workshop happening on 12th April.
A space to slow down, move gently, breathe deeply and allow your mind and body to reset.
If you’ve been feeling like life has been a bit non-stop lately, you’d be very welcome to join us.

🚨 Plot twist at the studio 🚨
We’ve bent, stretched, balanced, and (occasionally) wobbled our way through yoga together… but now it’s time to meet yoga’s slightly stricter cousin: PILATES.
Yes, it’s happening. For the first time ever, we’re bringing Pilates to the studio, and honestly, we’re very excited about it.
The good news? We’ve got the amazing Danielle Leppier leading the way. She’s calm, she’s encouraging, and she will absolutely know when you’re pretending to engage your core 😉.
Expect slow, controlled movements, muscles you forgot existed, and that oddly satisfying feeling of “why is this so hard when I’m barely moving?”
Come for the workout, stay for the community. Spaces are limited, so book in and come see what all the tiny movements fuss is about.
Your core will never be the same. You’ve been warned 🤣👏

Emma is back teaching a lovely, gentle, nourishing workshop on Sunday 12th April. Booking now! Places don’t hang around for long. 💕
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause.
Life moves fast, our minds stay busy, and it’s easy to keep going without giving ourselves a moment to breathe.
On 12th April, I’m holding a gentle workshop called “A Pause for You.”
This will be a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and step away from the constant doing for a little while.
Together we’ll explore:
✨ Gentle yoga
✨ Breath and relaxation
✨ Simple ways to quiet the mind and reset
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced with yoga, just come as you are.
If you’ve been feeling like you need a little space to breathe, this is for you.

I have loved being part of this women’s circle at the studio for the last 5 weeks teaching . Such an inspirational group of ladies from all different walks of life. Thank you Dee The Mindful Counsellor for pushing me out of my comfort zone so that we could hold the space for these absolute legends! I am so grateful to have had this time with you all. I’m only sorry that I have to miss the final week and get back on the treadmill. This sabbatical has been transformative. Putting so much love out there for these beautiful females. Let’s do it again soon. Much love to you all.

🌿 A Little Personal Share 🌿
As some of you know, I’m restarting my yoga business after taking time away. Hitting pause wasn’t easy, as I love teaching so much, but it gave me space to reflect, reset, and come back with a fresh perspective.
For me, yoga has always been about more than the poses. It’s about creating space to breathe, to ground myself, and to remember that every day offers the chance to begin again.
That’s why I’ve created this upcoming workshop:
🧘♀️ Back to Basics, Reset, Begin Again
📅 Sunday 5th October | 🕒 2–4pm
📍 Great Malvern Yoga Studio
It’s for anyone starting yoga for the first time, or returning after a break—just like me. Together we’ll move gently, reconnect, and give ourselves permission to start fresh.
💌 Message me or email [email protected] to join.
Come as you are. Let’s begin again, together. 🌸

🌱🌱Our inaugural women’s circle started today 🌱🌱
I thoroughly enjoyed myself meeting a gorgeous group of women and teaching an hour’s yin yoga. My heart is full 💚
