We incorporate boxing and martial arts fitness training ie strikes on pads with your more contemporary exercises like press ups, sit ups etc into a circuit based training regime. An excellent all over body workout targeting muscular strength , stamina , endurance and cardiovascular improvement whilst also boosting co-ordination , mental agility and well being.All fitness levels welcome.*(NO experience in boxing or martial arts is needed, in fact no-one at the class at present is a boxer or martial artist, they just all enjoy the workout it gives ).
£6 per session or block book 4 sessions for £20 .
* (Please note you will need to purchase your own bag mits or boxing gloves)
