Something special has been growing quietly at SH PAC FC.

It started with one simple question.

How do we help young players actually see their own development?

Not just goals. Not just results. Not just what adults remember after the game.

Their decisions. Their movement. Their courage. Their technique. Their understanding. The small improvements that become huge over time.

That question became our player passports.

Then meaningful achievements.

Then player cards.

Then a complete digital development platform bringing players, parents and coaches together.

Every part has been designed through real coaching, tested with our players and improved session by session.

Over the next seven days, we are going to share the story behind what we have built at SH PAC FC.

This is far more than stickers or software.

It is a way for every young player to recognise their progress, take ownership of their journey and feel proud of what they are becoming.

Our newest U12 recruit and what a talented young footballer we have joining us.

Owen is technically outstanding. He twists, turns, dips and drops, playing with speed, intelligence and real confidence on the ball. He finds space brilliantly, knows when to drive at a defender and when to release the pass, always trusting and involving his teammates.

He is incredibly skilful, knows exactly where the goal is and brings plenty of fight to match the flair. He works hard without the ball, competes for his team and is never afraid to put a tackle in.

Fast, intelligent, exciting and very easy to coach. We cannot wait to see Owen grow and develop with this group.

The midfield maestro.

Frankie is a solid unit in the middle of the pitch, but the real beauty in his game is how calm he becomes when the ball reaches his feet.

When everything around him gets frantic, Frankie gives us control. He takes in the picture before receiving, protects the ball under pressure and has the composure to wait for the right pass. His balance, strength and awareness allow him to link the play, control the tempo and make the game feel like it has suddenly slowed down.

Away from the football, he is always smiling, polite, easy to coach and willing to do whatever his team needs. A proper team player who his coaches and teammates can trust.

A solid unit. A midfield maestro. An absolute pleasure to coach.

The photographer captured George in full flow, showing exactly what he brings to SH PAC FC.

A talented wide player who receives on the move, carries the ball forward with purpose and commits defenders with his direct running. He understands when to stay wide and stretch the pitch, when to drive inside and when to make that forward run beyond the ball.

Out of possession, George reacts quickly, presses with real intent, tracks runners and works tirelessly for his teammates. That mixture of technical ability, intelligence and incredible energy is exactly why we call him The Engine.

Most importantly, he listens, learns and continues to improve every week. More confidence, more awareness and more control in his decision making.

Watching Caleb grow into the player he is becoming has been an absolute pleasure.

He has strength, confidence and a natural instinct around goal, but it is his determination to keep learning, improving and helping his team that makes us most proud.
