After years of dreaming, learning and planning... my very first colony is finally settled into its new home. 🐝

This isn't about harvesting honey or having lots of hives (not yet anyway). For me, this is the start of something much bigger.

It's about learning, respecting the bees, and slowly building towards the dream I've shared with so many of you... creating a place where people can experience the calm and wonder of bees for themselves.

One hive.

I wasn't even trading today... but somehow I've still ended up at an All-Are Love wellness event 💚

I think it's official... I just can't keep away. 💛

Today I popped along as a customer and purchased some gorgeous hair serum from Katie Katie Sosa. I cant wait to use it 💚

The next event is Monday 31st August at The Irish Centre, Manchester.

Sometimes half an hour is good enough ☕📚

The rest of the family have wandered off to check out the pool, so I've very happily claimed a quiet corner with a cuppa and my Kindle.

I know some people love being busy every minute they're away, but I honestly love these little pockets of peace. A cuppa, a good book and a bit of sunshine... I'm happy. 💛

Now... the important question.
If someone gave you 30 minutes completely to yourself, how would you spend it?

Change of scenery this weekend

No big plans for me this weekend. Just dog walks, fresh air, a good book and hopefully a slice of cake somewhere along the way.

Sometimes doing "not very much" is exactly what's needed.

Hands up if you're the person who suddenly remembers teacher gifts the night before the last day of school...

Today is my birthday... and I have done something I've dreamed about for a very long time.

I honestly still can't believe I'm saying this!

This feels like the start of a whole new adventure, and I can't wait to see where it leads.
