I honestly love this. Haven’t officially been on the platform in 2+ years but there’s something innately special about competition that will always bring me back.

Shoutout to the squad competing on the day, and team for the support, and for the ever masterful coaching. Training continues as we head home for the holidays🗽

My name is Cole Whitehead and a great deal of who I am revolves around being an athlete. I have spent the past two decades in sport, from winning national medals to being shot down with injuries. Each and every repetition, victory and loss.

I’ve also always been a teacher. I tried teaching my younger sister everything there was to life during our childhood (though she refused to listen), taught and learned from my highschool soccer and track teams and would go on to learn to coach in university.

I’ve since had the pleasure of working with countless athletes and people from all walks of life, each with their own stories, reasons and drive. As their coach and teacher, it’s my job to give all these individuals the best possible chance at achieving what they want out of training and life. I have and will continue to give my best effort to achieve this. I hope you join me for the journey along the way.
